No..this ummah needs men not males but men...

Umar was sitting with his companions one day and said to them, "Go ahead make a wish." A man from amongst them said, "I wish this house was full of gold of which to spend in the way of Allah." another said "I wish it was full off pearls, peridots, and gems of which I could spend in the way of Allah and give in charity. Umar then said,"Go ahead make another wish." They said,"We don't know what else to say oh Ameer al-Mu'mineen." Umar then said,"I wish this house was full of men like Abu Ubaidah Ibn al-Jarraah."
